$100 million invested in gold production project in Kazakhstan
In the Karaganda region, about $100 million will be invested in the project to increase gold production.
"All elements of the project are a single complex, the total cost of which is about $100 million," added the organization.
The project is being implemented at Dolinnoe deposit, the total amount of which reserves is about 55 thousand tonnes of gold. More than 200 people plan to provide work.
Previously reported how much gold prospecting is estimated in Kazakhstan. To date, investors have invested 832 million tenge in search operations. In particular, about 90 million tenge was allocated by the Turkish company for geological exploration on the Surovsky site in the East Kazakhstan region. Also, in the 355 million tenge estimated the exploration of gold ore and associated components on Dyukarevskaya area in Zhambyl region.
